Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the post of Clinical Operational Manager for the SWL Integrated Care Coordination (ICC) Hub.
The ICC Hub is hosted by the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (LAS) and is built on collaboration and partnership working across community and acute providers.
The Clinical Operational Manager will provide consistent clinical operational leadership, ensuring smooth coordination across services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holding clinical and operational accountability for the performance of the ICC Hub
- Facilitating the development and integration of alternative care pathways for the ICC Hub
- Supporting the sector clinical quality team in promoting the ICC Hub
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the ICC Hub Coordinator
- Recruiting and onboarding external clinicians into the ICC Hub
- Supporting the Clinical Support Manager with their day-to-day management of the ICC Hub shift
- Promoting the ICC model across the ICS
- Monitoring and evaluating service performance
- Reporting and escalating issues internally and externally
The salary for this role is £63,665 to £70,887 a year.
This is a fixed-term contract for 16 months, working full-time.
