Art Director

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the Art function across FC Mobile. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating visual quality, improving content creation efficiency, and enabling artists to deliver world-class football experiences at scale.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in game development, with experience leading art, technical art, or content production teams. You will partner with Art Directors, Design, Engineering, and Production leaders to establish a shared vision for visual quality and ensure that creative goals can be delivered efficiently at scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Art team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality execution.
• Partner with Art Directors, Design, Engineering, and Production leaders to establish a shared vision for visual quality and ensure that creative goals can be delivered efficiently at scale.
• Drive improvements to content creation workflows, asset pipelines, and production processes that enable artists to work more effectively and consistently across the project.
• Champion visual quality across player authenticity, stadium presentation, environments, lighting, cinematics, and overall game presentation, helping teams achieve a cohesive and engaging player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity through automation, AI-assisted workflows, new tools, and emerging content creation technologies.
• Guide teams through evolving production challenges by balancing artistic ambition, development efficiency, technical constraints, and business priorities.
• Stay current on industry trends, creative technologies, and best practices, translating new ideas into practical solutions that improve both product quality and team effectiveness.
