Description
We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking) to join our team at Target.
As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs. You will work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor
- Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays
- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately
- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Supporting execution of major transitions
- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness
