Product Development Support

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our product development process and provide technical support on insurance products.

The objective of this role is to support the entire product development process, including research on market trends and client needs, product innovation, product design, product implementation, product management, and product promotion.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and analyze research findings to improve product positioning
• Assist in product design and innovation based on research results and business needs
• Support the delivery of product-related initiatives using a disciplined project management approach
• Participate in material preparation for product development and ensure accuracy of product materials
• Act as a product subject matter expert to contribute to various projects
• Represent the product team to promote products to all channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 8 years of relevant life insurance experience in product development and management
• Good understanding of insurance products, client needs, sales process, and industry development in Hong Kong
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Mandarin
