We are seeking a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer to join our Air Dominance team in Berkeley, MO. This program supports the Next Generation of fighter aircraft.
As a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer, you will lead a team of Structures Engineers developing test plans and configurations in support of structural testing. You will support test execution and analyze test results to validate and verify structure meets requirements. You will coordinate with internal/external customers and other stakeholders and ensure alignment with ASIP and other requirements. Additionally, you will mentor and provide technical support as required and work independently with minimal oversight.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences) and 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Advanced expert knowledge of aircraft structure, materials strength and properties, design and manufacturing requirements, loading conditions, and processes is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $126,650 - $171,350 for Level 4 and $154,700 - $209,300 for Level 5, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 10% of eligible pay, immediate 100% vesting, and a Student Loan Match program.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) and the ability to obtain Special Program Access.
