Opening. This role is responsible for the development of vehicle dynamics, including vehicle handling, ride comfort, and noise reduction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering and experience in vehicle dynamics development.

What you'll do

  • Vehicle Dynamics Development from Benchmarks, target setting to target cascading
  • Conventional suspension tuning on spring, damper, anti-roll bar, bushings, bump stop, top mount, rebound spring, etc.
  • Adaptive/active suspension tuning on air spring, adaptive/active dampers, etc.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree of automotive engineering
  • Excellent driving skills (at/over vehicle limit on different surfaces)
  • Excellent subjective evaluation skills
  • Solid knowledge about overall vehicle dynamics, kinematics and elastokinematics, hardware characteristics on different tuning parts
