Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Fountains Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring early morning shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays from 05:00-09:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
