Hospital Operations Services Supervisor

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Hospital Operations Services Supervisor.

The supervisor will oversee Field Liaison Officers and Senior Liaison Officers, ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Approving in-patient information sheets
• Monitoring activities of liaison officers
• Preparing and issuing LOAs
• Encoding and updating data into the system
• Mediating between approving officers and field liaison officers
• Providing training to liaison officers
• Ensuring harmony within the team
• Checking documents for ISO audits

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year medical course
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinic setting or HMO
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Good negotiation and multi-tasking abilities
• Analytical, systematic, and organized mindset
