Host

We are seeking a Host to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Hamburg. As the first point of contact for our customers and guests, you will represent our dealership and the Porsche brand.

Your tasks will include:

• Representing the dealership as the first personal contact for customers and guests in the showroom
• Providing professional reception and care for customers and guests
• Implementing Porsche standards in the greeting and support process
• Ensuring a clean and orderly waiting area/Carrera Lounge
• Answering and forwarding phone calls for the entire site
• Administrative support for Sales and After Sales departments
• Working on Saturdays is required

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive sector
• Experience in customer contact and secure handling of common IT and MS Office applications
• Friendly, confident appearance, high service orientation, and communication skills
• Structured and independent work style, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
• Team ability, flexibility, and reliability
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
