Description
Join Adobe's team as a Legal Counsel, where you'll work with the sales team to drive business in the Northern Region, particularly in the Middle East. You'll draft, review, and negotiate agreements, provide commercial legal support, monitor compliance, and drive process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including licensing, professional services, and sales
- Provide commercial legal support to business units
- Monitor compliance with regulations and laws affecting Adobe
- Drive process improvement and knowledge management
- Join working groups for new projects and business practices
- Carry out internal training sessions and risk management
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years of PQE
- Commercial/IT/IP experience
- Business and risk savvy
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a European language or Arabic is an advantage
- Strong interest in supporting the Middle East region
- Flexibility to work Middle East business hours and travel as needed
