Hospital Operations Services Supervisor

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a Hospital Operations Services Supervisor to supervise Field Liaison Officers and Senior Liaison Officers.

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise, assist, and monitor Field Liaison Officers and Senior Liaison Officers
• Approve in-patients information sheets
• Monitor activities of In-house Liaison Officers during weekends or holidays
• Monitor activities of Field Liaison Officers, including data gathering for in-patients, attendance and tardiness of team members, and location tracking
• Prepare, issue, and sign LOAs
• Encode and update data into the system
• Prepare and check itinerary reports
• Ensure timely submission, completeness, integrity, and consistency of paperwork
• Mediate between approving officers and field liaison officers regarding in-patient approval status
• Provide assistance to Liaison Officers as needed
• Provide training to Liaison Officers
• Create harmony within the team for optimal productivity
• Check all documents needed for ISO audit

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in a 4-year medical course
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinic setting or working in an HMO
• Above-average communication and empathic skills
• Good negotiation skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
• Analytical, systematic, and organized approach
