Production Supervisor-MP&L

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead transformation and drive performance at Ford Motor Company. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, impact quality and efficiency, and lead a dedicated hourly team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
• Lead and direct a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets
• Prioritize critical tasks, allocate resources, and address safety and quality issues promptly
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals
• Utilize data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation
• Address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with your team and partners

Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
