Financial Analyst

Electronic Arts is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team in Hyderabad. You will report to the Manager, FP&A and be part of the CFO organization, which partners with business teams to deliver strategies and provide financial insights.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables
• Discuss plan and forecast numbers with business leaders and load them into the system
• Report actuals, compare them with plan/forecast, and provide commentary on major variances
• Provide heads up to leaders on unforeseen expenses
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities
• Work with global business partners on daily finance ad-hoc requests
• Create new Power BI reports as requested by business teams
• Interact with business partners across different locations globally
• Ensure high data accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance (MBA) preferred, Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required
• 3-5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing
• Highly motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable building analysis based on data from multiple sources
• Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus
