Sales & Artistry Coordinator - New England South

We are seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in the New England South region.

As a Sales & Artistry Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving financial results, educating and developing retail teams, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Leading and developing retail teams
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling store expenses

Requirements:

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience
• 2+ years of beauty retail management experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
