As a Retail Store Manager at Squishable's Cherry Hill Mall store, you will oversee daily operations and be accountable for sales performance, your team, and store standards. You will lead, motivate, and develop the store team, set and execute business strategies, and ensure a high standard of merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Setting and executing business strategies for the store in partnership with the Regional Manager
- Opening and closing the store (at times on your own) and taking responsibility for accurate day-start and day-end cash handling
- Ensuring accurate inventory levels and punctual restocking of merchandise on the floor
- Maintaining a high standard of merchandise presentation
- Maintaining enthusiasm and motivation in the store, and ensuring a fun and memorable environment
- Supporting all types of POS transactions and customer inquiries
- Adhering to all company policies, practices, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment
- 2–5 years of customer service experience

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Able to transport stock as required, including lifting cartons up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 or older
Compensation: Pay range for this position is $23.00-$24.00 per hour
