Description
The Director, Business Strategy role is a high-visibility position that reports to the VP of Corporate Strategy. You will serve as an important advisor to EA's senior creative leaders, helping shape the future of the company's interactive entertainment portfolio.
The Corporate Strategy team drives EA's long-term growth and innovation, specializing in turning bold ideas into tangible strategies, identifying emerging opportunities, and developing the next generation of strategic leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic vision and leadership as a trusted advisor to senior creative leaders
- Developing structured frameworks to evaluate strategic opportunities across EA
- Leading and delivering ad hoc market, financial, and scenario analyses
- Promoting innovative growth and experimenting with new ideas
- Fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture that encourages curiosity, creativity, and strategic collaboration
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, or related roles, with 3+ years in a management or team leadership capacity within media, technology, gaming, or entertainment.
In terms of compensation, the salary range is $182,600 - $276,300 USD per year. Benefits include paid time off, sick time, company holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k).
The work arrangement is hybrid, and the location is Redwood City, California.
