FT Food Runner/Busser- DoubleTree by Hilton, Weekly Pay + $14 + Tips

We are currently hiring for a Busser/Food Runner who can work PM shifts at the DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons. This position is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests and assisting restaurant staff in clearing and resetting tables in an efficient and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service, greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner, anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Clear and wipe down tables and counters, dispose of garbage, clean floors, pick up dishes and glassware, and re-stock as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, handling all beverage/food in compliance with regulations.
• Produce required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties.
• Complete all required side work and take initiative to assist servers, dishwashers, or other restaurant staff as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.
• Prefer one year prior bussing experience in a fast-paced environment.
