Manager, Recruiting - Corporate

As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead, mentor, grow, develop, and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Corporate Functions.

You will:

• Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Act as a trusted partner to Business Leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources to achieve goals
• Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a long-term recruiting strategy that brings in exceptional talent
• Build a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
• Assess and improve recruiting best practices across all Corporate Functions teams
• Take ownership of complex change initiatives to achieve business results
• Champion Figma's values-led culture

Requirements:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment with 4+ years of people management experience
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives
• Managed hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director
• Experience building a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, bias disruption, organizational design, engagement/retention strategy, and strong performance management
• A deep passion for and understanding of diversity, belonging, and inclusion

Nice to have:

• Experience leading recruiting for functions like Finance, Legal, People, Talent, and Marketing
