Senior Project Delivery Manager - NVIS

We are seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager to join the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team. You will manage projects through their entire lifecycle, from initial aspiration to production, in data center environments.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators
• Understand high and low-level technical architecture and facilitate debate to drive decisions on solutions
• Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and partners via conference calls
• Lead complex installations, report and advance observed problems to operational partner concern points
• Handle project change and release notice communication to customers
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely
• Work irregular hours as required

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in project delivery management
• Minimum five years of experience in field services and/or customer support for hardware and software products
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers
• Strong leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong social skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision
• Experience leading global projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment
• PMP Certification
• HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies
