Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The salary range is $20-28 per hour. We offer flexible hours, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective English communication, verbally and in writing
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state ID
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
