Head of LATAM Product Partnerships

We're looking for a Head of Product Partnerships, LATAM to lead OpenAI's partnership strategy and execution across Latin America.

You will identify, develop, and deliver partnerships that accelerate adoption of OpenAI's products across enterprise, developer, and consumer channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and owning OpenAI's product partnership strategy across LATAM
• Identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships
• Building trusted relationships with senior partner executives
• Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Policy to align roadmaps and execute partnership initiatives
• Applying a strong understanding of country and sub-region differences across LATAM to inform prioritization and partner selection
• Defining success metrics and using analytical judgment to measure progress

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or general management within the technology industry
• Have a demonstrated record of developing and delivering high-impact partnerships with major technology companies
• Bring a deep understanding of LATAM market dynamics and experience operating across multiple countries and sub-regions
• Be product-minded and able to engage technical teams credibly
• Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-management skills
• Have strong analytical judgment and be comfortable using data to set priorities and make decisions
• Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Be fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
