Become a key member of our Sardinia Sales Team while working remotely from Olbia. As we expand our presence in Italy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and success of our team in Sardinia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and culture of a dynamic and ambitious team.
Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs. Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets. Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights. Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu. Help in organising events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts. Travel to our Cagliari office for one working week per quarter, with accommodation costs covered by the company.
The salary package reflects your background and expertise. For a mid-level Sales Manager based remotely in Sardinia, the typical starting range we offer is an OTE of 37,000€ - 43,270€ gross per year, with 70% fixed and 30% variable.
Requirements:
- High level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts on the phone and face-to-face.
- Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality.
- Solution-driven attitude and ability to work in a responsible and organised way.
- Preferred but not mandatory: experience in sales or account management, travel industry or online business.
- Near-native Italian skills and fluent English skills.
- Driver's licence and personal vehicle for business trips.
