The Enterprise AI Products team builds products that enable Claude to operate across organisations, focusing on workflow integration and plugins.
As a Staff+ Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader thinking holistically about the end-to-end customer experience, partnering with research to push model capabilities into production, and owning the technical direction and standards for your team.
Responsibilities:
- Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products end-to-end
- Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product
- Set technical direction and standards for your team
- Work directly with enterprise customers and sales during key conversations
- Collaborate with research to improve model capabilities
- Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
- Develop multi-player, asynchronous agents
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
- Experience leading complex enterprise or B2B product development across the full stack
- Background in building AI products and turning model capabilities into applications
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work
Strong candidates may also have:
- Experience working with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities
- Background in building extensibility surfaces like plugins and integrations
- Exposure to both product-led growth and direct enterprise sales
The annual compensation range for this role is $405,000-$485,000 USD.
