Guest Services Support Event Staff

Join Homestead-Miami Speedway as a Guest Services Support Event Staff. This part-time role supports various event staff positions, including Setup and Teardown, Admissions, Venue Crew, Tram Driver, Tram Ambassador, Tram Attendant, ADA Cart Support, and Information Crew.

Responsibilities vary by position:

• Setup and Teardown: Assist with setting up and tearing down event infrastructure.
• Admissions Crew: Check tickets and credentials for valid entry.
• Venue Crew: Ensure guests have an unforgettable experience, direct them to seats, and enforce policies.
• Tram Driver: Safely transport guests, ensure Tram Ambassadors perform their duties.
• Tram Ambassador: Ensure safety equipment is operational, assist passengers.
• Tram Attendant: Greet and assist guests at the tram plaza.
• ADA Cart Support: Transport guests with disabilities.
• Information Crew: Provide accurate information to fans.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of related experience.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work with others, and maintain a professional attitude.
• Valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record check for some positions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the track.
