Staff Project Manager

You will work with the Transformation, Analytics and Insights (TAI) team, which reports directly to the EVP Technology and is distributed globally across US, UK, India, and Malaysia.

This role will be part of the Business Transformation Enablement team, delivering pan-Technology transformation and divestment stranded cost priorities.

As a Project Manager at Bp, you will deliver products, platforms, and services using structured delivery methods, including Agile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure project alignment with Bp's strategic objectives.
• Work within Agile frameworks to align project milestones with iterative delivery cycles.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to project success.
• Build strong relationships with business, technical, and external partners to maintain alignment on goals, requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Lead efforts to refine project management practices, focusing on repeatable and measurable processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Significant experience in project management or related field, leading projects with increasing scope and complexity.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and navigating organizational complexity.
• Proficiency in advanced Agile techniques, including scaling frameworks.
• Expertise in systems development and change management.
