In these roles, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming shopping experience
- Support sales goals and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities
To succeed in these roles, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Be able to learn and adapt to new technology
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest queries promptly and efficiently
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Be physically able to climb ladders, scan and move merchandise, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
