Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing style advice and excellent customer service
- Operating in a high-demand environment and adapting to changing situations
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness
- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues
- Being flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Work Monday 08:00-12:00, Tuesday 08:00-12:00, Thursday 15:30-19:30, Friday 08:00-12:00, and Saturday 08:00-12:00
- Be available to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
