Analista Global Network Banking

The GNB (Global Network Banking) strategy aims to provide consistent, in-depth, and dedicated coverage across the HSBC network to deepen client relationships.

As an Analista Global Network Banking, you will support bankers in existing and new long-term relationships with customers, aligned with the Corporate Institutional Banking strategy to be the Leading International Bank.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support 2 bankers with a portfolio of 27-30 complex clients to provide local banking solutions, including Cash Management, Payroll, FX and Derivatives, Credit and Lending, Trade and Supply Chain Solutions, Insurance, and Investments.
• Implement each banker's effective strategy to manage customer relationships, anticipating customer needs to deliver best-in-class service and positioning HSBC as the market leader.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information on different bank systems, focusing on commercial activity and reporting under CRM systems.
• Support bankers in complying with CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures according to group policy.
