Strategic Finance Analyst

We're looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to join our new Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A team. As a foundational member, you'll contribute directly to our financial strategy and enhance our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our core financial models and cash flow forecasts
• Strategic Projects: Provide valuable analysis and support on high-impact projects, from capital markets initiatives to fundraising strategies
• Reporting: Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and narratives for our executives and Board of Directors
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, including FP&A and Accounting, to ensure seamless reporting and analysis
• KPIs: Help track and refine our key performance indicators, reporting on our progress toward strategic goals

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, and/or management consulting
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and clearly present financial information
