EHS Manager

The marine industry supports recreation, global commerce, and national defense. Arc is on a mission to electrify it by rethinking powertrains, software, and vessel designs from first principles.

We're looking for an EHS Manager to lead and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and maintaining EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Implementing best-in-class safety initiatives and driving continuous improvement
• Maintaining and improving occupational safety programs
• Managing safety ticketing system and associated metrics
• Leading accident/incident investigations and implementing preventative actions
• Identifying proactive workplace safety opportunities and documenting safety inspections
• Owning hazardous and non-hazardous waste management
• Ensuring compliance with safety programs and standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, Occupational Safety or a related field
• 3+ years of managing and implementing EHS programs in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of applicable regulations (OSHA, CalOSHA, EPA, CUPA, SCAQMD, NIOSH)
• Working knowledge of ANSI standards

What we offer:

• Base salary: $140,000 (P3) or $170,000 (P4) annually
