Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We're seeking a talented Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Cummins location in Fletcher, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Creating clear, standardized procedures to ensure consistency and reduce variation
• Identifying waste and implementing improvements to reduce cost and enhance quality

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical issues quickly and confidently
• Advanced CAD and documentation capability to create and maintain accurate models and drawings
• Tooling and equipment design expertise to design, develop, and implement tooling solutions
• A continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements

Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
