Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Product Manager to join our Trust Hub product team in Onboarding and Compliance at Twilio. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own various Trust Hub products end-to-end, aiming to create streamlined and lovable registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, generate excitement for, and obtain buy-in for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and user stories.
  • Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
  • Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals.
  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Location:

  • This role will be remote and based in the United States, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Compensation:

  • The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
  • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington D.C.: $188,240 - $235,300.
  • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $199,280 - $249,100.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $221,360 - $276,700.
