As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving results
The role requires flexibility, including working Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
