Senior Software Test Developer, SDET - Robotics

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Test Developer to join the Isaac QA team in China. The successful candidate will own China-specific validation across Isaac products, covering robot hardware platforms and partner integrations unique to the China market.

The role involves:

• Applying AI-assisted tooling to accelerate test authoring, failure triage, and coverage analysis
• Developing test strategies, plans, and cases based on product requirements and partner use cases
• Validating full-stack behavior across local partner integrations and China-specific deployment environments
• Leading bring-up testing for new robot hardware platforms and defining factory software test plans
• Executing end-to-end testing of GR00T-based robot action policies on China-available robot hardware
• Supporting data collection and maintaining robot learning infrastructure
• Identifying, recording, and documenting bugs, and providing root cause analysis and statistical quality reports

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE
• 3-5 years of hands-on software QA or test engineering experience
• Excellent programming skills in Python and/or C/C++
• Solid Linux fundamentals
• Good knowledge of robotics perception, navigation, manipulation, and simulation
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to engage effectively with Chinese robot OEM and partner engineering teams
