Sr. Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect to help large enterprises become more data-driven. As a key member of our Field Engineering team, you will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to define and direct technical strategies for our largest accounts, promoting widespread adoption of our products and ML & AI.

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
• Lead customers on a transformational journey, evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their strategy
• Implement technical strategies in accounts, building a movement of technical champions
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members
• Gain peer respect through experience, insight, and contributions

Requirements:

• Solid background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership
• Experience with large global accounts (> $1m ARR)
• Proficiency in establishing virtual teams and leading them to success
• Relationships with executives and influencers
• Convincing point-of-view presentation skills for decision-makers
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
• Data-driven business transformation and change management skills

Pay Range: $219,100-$301,300 USD
