Senior Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

Anduril's Manufacturing team is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Manufacturing Team. The team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defence hardware. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive process improvements, ensure high-quality production, and support new product development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain, including Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies
• Contribute to operational excellence with a strong continuous improvement mindset and lead impactful Kaizen events
• Collaborate with Product Quality Engineering to drive and support RCCA burndowns
• Work with Design Engineering teams to provide DFx for smooth NPI transitions
• Develop process flows and break down large, complex assemblies into logical part flows
• Write documentation required for successful hardware manufacturing at scale
• Work with contract manufacturers to develop repeatable, sustained processes
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to build prototype hardware
• Contribute to end-customer hardware mechanical or electrical design

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science)
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware
• Prior experience working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or Oracle
• Experience with RF Products requiring system AI&T
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
