Description
We are seeking a LiveSmart Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group, located in Norwich. The successful candidate will provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.
The LiveSmart Manager will be responsible for managing access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors, and will be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be capable of working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents, and be flexible, calm under pressure, and able to deal with emergencies.
Previous experience in Facilities Management and working knowledge of the housing/building management sector are desirable, along with good IT skills on a range of systems.
