Strategic Alliances Lead

Create connections that move people and business forward at AIA. As a Strategic Alliances Lead, you will develop and execute strategic alliance and sponsorship roadmaps to support AIA Hong Kong and Macau's brand, distribution, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic alliance and sponsorship roadmaps
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend new partnership, sponsorship, and business development opportunities
• Support contract negotiation, rights management, and partnership governance
• Establish measurement frameworks and performance KPIs to evaluate sponsorship and partnership effectiveness
• Manage sponsorship and partnership budgets
• Drive integrated activation planning across brand, marketing, digital, customer, agency, and partnership channels
• Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to senior management
• Represent AIA in high-level engagements with key partners, rights holders, industry stakeholders, and event organisers
• Support cross-functional project teams and external agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably with sponsorship/liaison experience
• Existing network of alliances contacts
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Digital/social media savvy
