FBS Asset Management Supervisor

Our Client, a leading US insurer, serves over 10 million households with 19 million policies across the US.

The Asset Management & Testing Supervisor leads daily operations of asset management, testing, and depot teams, ensuring IT assets are tracked, tested, deployed, recovered, and disposed of efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise testing and depot operations teams.
• Ensure devices and peripherals are properly tested, validated, and approved for deployment.
• Oversee functional testing of IT equipment.
• Support technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware issues.
• Establish and maintain testing procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance and service levels.
• Manage escalations and provide technical leadership.
• Analyze testing results and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Logistics teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading asset management, testing, depot, or IT operations teams.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with inventory control, asset audits, and operational reporting.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.
