Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain Prudential's Core admin system
• Collaborate with front-end system application teams to ensure a robust end-to-end software lifecycle
• Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle, and suggest efficient solutions to cater to business needs
• Analyze problems and implement technical solutions
• Prepare technical specifications, maintain and document changes
• Conduct unit/integration testing, complete assignments within deadlines
• Perform quality analysis of programs/systems before acceptance testing
• Work closely with Business Analysts to deliver robust and error-free application systems
• Ensure compliance with IT governance policy
• Review and analyze code quality with junior members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in AS/400, SMART/400-based insurance applications, specifically Life/400 or Life/Asia applications
• Experience with LifeAsia SOAP APIs
• Strong knowledge of SMART/400-based insurance applications
• Develop, customize, enhance, maintain, and support Life/400, Life/Asia, and Integral Life Insurance software application systems
