Software Engineer Manager

NVIDIA is seeking a creative Software Engineer Manager to join the team. The company's Spectrum-X is an end-to-end Ethernet Networking solution designed to meet the challenges of AI factories.

Job Summary: You will be building and managing a team of US-based software engineers developing NVIDIA's networking products. You will debug and diagnose complex networking problems, craft tools and processes, engage directly with NVIDIA customers, and work with a worldwide team of engineers, architects, product managers, and field personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Building and managing a team of software engineers
• Debugging and diagnosing complex networking problems

Requirements:

• B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience developing embedded networking software
• 3+ years of experience as a personnel manager leading software teams
• Strong programming skills in C and Python on Linux
• Leadership in AI-native software development
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• A track-record of autonomous and successful delivery under challenging conditions

Nice to Have:

• Experience of data center network engineering
• Strong understanding of ethernet networking
• Experience of NVIDIA networking technology
• Experience recruiting teams of software engineers

Benefits:

• Base salary range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 3, and 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD for Level 4
