Jnr Bar Steward

As a Jnr Bar Steward with Princess Cruises, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences to guests. You will assist the Bartender in setting up the bar, record orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of OceanNow orders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up the assigned bar location following company standards
• Recording guest and teammate orders promptly and accurately through the onboard POS system
• Delivering OceanNow orders in a timely manner, utilizing all tools to provide a personalized service
• Promoting company initiatives to guests without compromising their enjoyment
• Following beverage accounting procedures and reporting irregularities
• Assisting with bar inventory accounts as directed
• Taking ownership of inventory if assigned to the crew bar

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Bar Steward or similar role in the Hotel or Cruise Industry
• Good knowledge of international drinks, coffees, cocktails, and beverage equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and accommodate business needs
• Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
