Sales Advisor - Humberto Delgado - Lisbon Airport

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team at Humberto Delgado - Lisbon Airport.

As a Sales Advisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs, providing exceptional customer service and championing the art of world-class artistry. You will be a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, passing on your knowledge to customers and recreating the magic of Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks.

Responsibilities:

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Provide exceptional customer service and champion the art of world-class artistry
• Be a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and pass on your knowledge to customers
• Adapt to change at the last minute and be a real support to managers and colleagues
• Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers with different needs
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts
• Ability to provide a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check
