Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team. The role involves working with customers to solve complex problems, accelerate adoption, and drive real business outcomes with Grafana.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, direct experience with observability, and best practices for using and deploying an observability stack.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand business needs and distill information into business and technical requirements
- Design solutions, including data visualisation, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture
- Act as a functional lead and demonstrate clear approach to methodology and functional capabilities
- Deliver high-impact training, jumpstart engagements, and offer tailored technical consulting
- Identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and advocate for product improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams
- Direct experience with observability
- Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack
- Excellent communication skills
- Kubernetes experience
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Compensation:
- Base compensation range: 109,697 - 131,636 EUR
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
