Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Trade Operative to join our team in South London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to our properties, carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across various trades.
The role involves:
- Performing a wide range of maintenance tasks
- Conducting responsive repairs
- Carrying out void works and property MOTs
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines
Requirements include:
- Experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, and flooring
- Ability to provide good customer care
- Valid UK driving licence
The salary range is £34,359 - £42,759 per year, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, van, tools, company bonus scheme, and regular overtime.
