Description
We are seeking a construction leader to work on exciting urban development projects in the Stockholm area.
As a construction leader, you will be the client's representative on site and be responsible for monitoring production, quality, time, and cost.
You will lead meetings, handle contract issues, and follow up on testing and inspections.

Requirements
- Several years of experience working in mark, VA, construction, or civil engineering projects as a construction leader or site manager
- Knowledge of construction law, industry regulations, and standards (AB04, ABT06, AMA, and MER Anläggning)
- Experience working with notifications, ÄTA, time, and quality adjustments within construction contracts
- Excellent Swedish language skills in writing and speaking
- B driver's license
