Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the productization of automotive testing solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define product positioning, value propositions, and requirements. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements analysis and roadmap planning to product optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the productization of automotive testing solutions by defining product positioning, value propositions, and requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements analysis and roadmap planning to product optimization.
• Conduct market and user research to translate customer needs into innovative testing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, strategy, and customer teams to deliver products aligned with business and user needs.
• Define pricing strategies, manage product costs, and drive profitability.
• Establish and improve product standards and processes to ensure stability and scalability.
• Drive product promotion and branding activities together with marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve products and user experience.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the automotive testing industry, including ADAS, Infotainment, Connected Car, Vehicle Integration, and technologies such as automation, AI toolchains, test & data platforms, or robotic automation.
• Proven experience in transforming technical services or solutions into scalable commercial products.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and product value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in product planning, requirements analysis, roadmap development, and Agile/Scrum product delivery.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into market-ready products and support successful product adoption.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Engineering mindset with strong analytical thinking and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
