Description
HSBC México is seeking a Seedling Sales and Service Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will improve the customer experience at our branch by providing agile and quality attention at the counter, aligned with the operational needs of the branch. Additionally, you will identify commercial opportunities by promoting products and services to current and potential customers, and channel them to specialized promoters or alternative channels, contributing to increasing the profitability of the branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress) or completed high school diploma.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial sector.
- Monday to Saturday work schedule.
