Facilities Maintenance Planner

Anduril's Facilities team is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Planner to join our team. The Facilities Operations team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the facility to ensure operational continuity, safety, and efficiency.

As a Facilities Maintenance Planner, you will develop detailed maintenance plans for all facilities assets. The right person for this role has electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create model work orders and detailed maintenance plans, including SOPs and quality standards for day-to-day maintenance in our industrial space.
• Scope mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing (MEP) work as the space evolves and changes.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment installations and planning.
• Collaborate tightly with Environmental, Safety, and Health to ensure compliance on scheduled inspections.
• Help set the culture of the company by working with senior leadership to create a can-do, customer-focused working environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related maintenance planning experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, or other types of manufacturing facilities.
• Technical training in CMMS maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance concepts.
• Experience operating and maintaining forklifts, aerial man lifts, and overhead gantry cranes and hoists.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Maintenance management/coordinator experience.
• Qualified rigging certification.
• Experience in managing day-to-day operations and projects.
