Workplace Experience Site Specialist

Electronic Arts is a global entertainment company that inspires players and fans around the world. As a Workplace Experience Site Specialist, you will drive optimized workplace operations, ensuring service quality, operational stability, and an elevated employee experience at our Del Rey site.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to operational standards, service quality, and expected outcomes of the Del Rey site
• Oversee vendor performance against service levels
• Coordinate workplace services and vendor activities, including janitorial, maintenance, food service, repairs, furniture, and office amenities
• Support invoice and budget tracking, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings
• Manage employee experience programs, including onsite activations, hospitality services, and site communications
• Contribute to Workplace Experience projects, coordinating operational changes such as moves, refurbishments, and new service rollouts
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, PP, and Studio teams to support operational and project-related programs
• Maintain workplace standard operating procedures, operational records, space planning tool, and workplace documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, hospitality, or related environments
• Experience managing vendors, supporting workplace projects, and coordinating operational projects
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing activations from concept to completion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
